Our Mission

We are a volunteer group sharing knowledge, tools, and repair space to foster broad participation in bike riding, safety, and maintenance.  We promote bike riding within our community in collaboration with local bicycle organizations, clubs, and shops.  Our experiences range from life-long bikers with expertise in repair to novice riders eager to expand maintenance and riding skills.

We have moved!

We thank Weavers Way Co-op for donating their garage to us in our founding year (plus some), but we have found a new home at Mt. Airy Presbyterian Church.

Open hours are back! See our calendar for open hours and/ or please contact us via email if you are interested in making an appointment to view bicycles or seek advice about working on your bicycle.

We have a fleet of more than 15 bikes rental ready for kids to ride this summer! Our bike library kicked-off this past Mt. Airy day (5/5/2012) and there are still bikes left, but who knows how long they will last?
